The CAMY Awards Dinner & Ceremony was established to recognize management professionals and service providers for outstanding contributions in our industry.
You may nominate a candidate by clicking on the 2026 Sarasota CAMY Nomination Form. Deadline to accept nomination forms is June 5, 2026.
NOMINATION REQUIREMENTS:
* the nominee must be a licensed community association, manager, administrative assistant, Accountant, maintenance director, business development professional, service provider, or any other associate that has an active role in community association industry.
* Please note that the 2026 C.A.M.Y. committee will verify candidates before extending invitations to accept nominations. Once the nominee has accepted their nomination, he/she must submit the summary of their work experience, photo and or community involvement to the CAMY committee chairman. Once all nominee summaries are received, the 2026 CAMY community will vote. All nominees will be recognized at the 2026 CAMY awards dinner and ceremony at the Ora, on October 22, 2026, where the winners will be announced!

RISING STAR
for the manager with less than five years experience in the industry
MANAGER OF THE YEAR
Manager of the Year Award will have multiple categories: Portfolio, Onsite: HOA and High Rise. (3 awards)
COMMUNITY OF THE YEAR
The Sarasota county community that has made the most improvements, has accomplished a certain milestone or has overcome a hardship
LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT
Services Provider, Manager or Management support individual who has completed more than 15 years in the industry
MANAGEMENT SUPPORT PERSON OF THE YEAR
Accounting, Maintenance or Administrative professional
SERVICE PROVIDER OF THE YEAR
Providing outstanding service, communication and value to their colleagues as well as their clients
MANAGEMENT COMPANY OF THE YEAR
Providing outstanding service to their clients, excellent benefits to their employees and updated education to employees and clients alike
MANAGER VOLUNTEER OF THE YEAR
Volunteers at multiple groups and organizations; participates in panel discussions, promotes education, provides opportunities for lunch & learns
SERVICE PROVIDER VOLUNTEER OF THE YEAR
Service Provider volunteer of the year award is for outstanding work, support, contributions, participation and the promotion of educational events
APPRECIATION AWARD
The Appreciation Award of the year award is for outstanding participation and contribution to our organization, C.A.N.

Service provider sponsorships are $1,500.00. Includes the following benefits:
*2 seats at the event
* logo on slideshow and all marketing materials
* opportunity to speak to the audience and present an award
* receive a list of all attendees and RSVPs.

Premium package for service providers is $2,000. Includes all of the aforementioned benefits with the exception of a full table of 10 seats.
Management table of 10 is $750, with individual management tickets at $75 each.
